A wide variety of employees are relocated each year, from new college graduates to CEOs. Companies have policies in place that outline the support offered to relocating employees, often based on their position or level. This survey report examines the relocation support that companies provide to non-exempt and hourly employees.
Some organizations do not offer relocation support to non-exempt or hourly employees. Those that do offer support have either a specific policy for these groups, include them in a lump sum tier, or include them in another tier with other types of employees. All these approaches result in a variety of support being provided.
