Permanent residency is not available to foreign experts.

Degree must be in English or Hebrew. Documents requested by the consulate/embassy for the entry visa may vary and may require apostille/legalization.

What is the requirement for the application location?
You must apply for a work permit before travel to Israel. If entering as a B-1 foreign expert, an entry visa must be obtained from the embassy/consulate abroad prior to entry.
