As Aires celebrates seven years of our Pulse Survey series, the topic at hand has circled back to one originally studied in 2012, managing employee mobility. One of the most gratifying aspects of surveys is seeing change over time, and the Pulse Survey – Mobility Departments does not disappoint.
The results of this survey focus not only on who is responsible for employee mobility within an organization but also the size and experience levels of the teams managing employee mobility and what is important to them. The survey identifies just how much has changed in the past six years with regard to managing employee mobility.
