The COVID-19 pandemic has created great challenges for companies relocating talent to other countries. Much of the research that Aires has conducted over the past year has focused on these challenges. One common challenge with international mobility has been, and continues to be, immigration processing. For some organizations, the need to overcome immigration challenges has exposed weaknesses, lack of standards, and lack of processes, resulting in new strategies.
The newest Aires Pulse Survey focuses less on the pandemic’s impact on immigration processes and more on overall immigration program management, including organizations’ internal processes, responsible parties, and standard time frames for U.S. green cards. Aires is pleased to present the findings from our most recent Pulse Survey Immigration Practices.
Below is a sneak peek of the survey.
