2024 Global Transfer Trends Survey

Aires is pleased to present the latest report in our continuing series of annual benchmarking research – the 2024 Global Transfer Trends Report. The research associated with the 2024 Global Transfer Trends Report captures current benchmark data, highlighting best practices of companies that relocate employees permanently or indefinitely across borders. Global transfers include any current or newly hired employees who are relocated from one country to another. A global transfer may also be referred to as an international relocation, permanent transfer, one-way move, local hire, local plus assignment, or by some other qualifier.

RESEARCH PARTICIPANTS
The Aires 2024 Global Transfer Trends Report is based on research conducted between July and September and includes 117 multinational
companies with global transfer programs of all sizes. Research was collected via an online survey, covering a wide variety of industries. Sixty percent of respondents are active Aires clients, and 40% are not current Aires clients.
