Expatriate Transportation

Expatriates assigned to a foreign location are faced with countless decisions. One of those decisions, “How am I going to get back and forth to work each day?” is impacted by several factors such as the commute, work schedule, costs, local infrastructure, and safety. The options that may exist in someone’s home location may not be the same options available in their assignment host country. The length of the assignment may impact the options that are available. Furthermore, the associated costs of the options may be very different.

The Aires Pulse Survey: Expatriate Transportation takes a closer look at how employers are supporting expatriates when it comes to local transportation; it covers everything from company vehicles to public mass transit.
